Treaty of Middelburg
See my previous answer, I belief we should make the world less dependent on titles and institutions for learning. I belief people should be able to have equal opportunity no matter what brand of learning they carry as long as they have the same learning, which is also really subjective and relative.

Why do you want to participate?
I originally heard this from a friend, but generally I'm very interested and have delved deep into philosophy of freedom and other such topics. It will be interesting to hear from people that are deep into this.
What does freedom mean to you?
Freedom means to me the ability to act on ones thinking minus hurting anyone else directly. Indirectly might still happen, but it's very hard to say what is indirect effect of anything. It might be expanded into ability to act on ones thinking but not on the obvious indirectly negative effects on others. This latter I would say is freedom with empathy.
What are the biggest challenges?
For young people, I think lack of opportunity to develop skills and institutionalised learning, how can we make someone who has the skills for something be the equal to someone who graduated from Oxford with the same skills? How can we democratise learning to online and how to we spread opportunity equally towards those places where there's skill?
Do you have a message?
How can we let everyone be free to pursue what they want without holding anyone down?
